On average, I draw around 10 guests per hour, depending on the flow of the event and the intricacy of their outfits. My collections are designed to cover different guest counts, with the option to extend time on-site or have the remaining portraits completed in my studio and mailed directly to you.

To begin, just send me an email or fill out my inquiry form with your wedding date and the collection that best fits your guest count. From there, I’ll confirm availability, and once we have a signed agreement and deposit, your date is officially secured. Before your wedding, we’ll also finalize any custom touches, such as your emblem or monogram.

Each person illustrated is counted individually, so a couple drawn together would count as two guests toward your package total. This ensures that every guest is represented and receives their own keepsake.

All I require is a 6-foot table, 2 chairs, and adequate lighting (plus shade or cover if the event is outdoors). I’ll bring all illustration materials and handle the rest!

Yes. I am based in Oakdale, California, and happily travel for weddings and events nationwide. Travel fees vary depending on your location and will be included in your personalized proposal.

Yes. A signed agreement and a 50% deposit are required to secure your date. The remaining balance is due one month before your event. This ensures your spot is fully reserved.
